This Agency is owned by Always First Home Care, LLC and is in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and with the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Always First Home Care does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, age or disability with regard to admission, access to treatment or employment.

Always First Home Care provides, Community Attendant Services (CAS), Primary Home Care (PHC) and Family Care Services under the Home and Community Support Services Agency (HCSSA) as well as Personal Assistance Services (PAS) license through a contract with the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services.

Community Attendant Services is a non-technical, medically related personal care service that is available to eligible individuals whose health problems cause them to have limitations in performing activities of daily living according to a practitioner's statement of medical need. CAS personal care tasks are provided by an attendant.

Primary Home Care is a nontechnical, medically related personal care service that is available to eligible individuals whose health problems cause them to have limitations in performing activities of daily living, according to a practitioner's statement of medical need. PHC personal care tasks are provided by an attendant.

Family Care (FC) is a nonskilled, nontechnical attendant care service that is available to eligible individuals who have functional limitations caused by age, disability or medical problems. FC provides assistance with activities of daily living and is delivered by an attendant. Services provided do not require an attendant to have professional or technical training.

Personal Attendant Services (PAS) are defined as routine ongoing care or services required by an individual in a residence or independent living environment that enable the individual to engage in the activities of daily living or to perform the physical functions required for independent living.
